Are all your products really handmade?
Yes. Every basket, bead, bag, calabash and carving is made by hand by artisans in and around Mbarara, Uganda. Slight variations in colour and size are part of their character.
How do I pay?
You can pay with MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money, cash on delivery (within Mbarara and selected towns), or in person when you pick up from our shop on Makansin Street.
How long does delivery take?
Mbarara orders are usually delivered the same or next day. Kampala and other towns take 1–3 working days via trusted couriers. We'll call or WhatsApp you to confirm.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, on request. Contact us with your address and the items you'd like and we'll send you a shipping quote.
Can I order a custom piece or bulk order?
Absolutely. We make custom colours, sizes and corporate gift sets. Reach out via the contact form or WhatsApp with what you have in mind.
What is your return policy?
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. Because each piece is handmade, we don't accept returns for minor variations.
